Warranty, fees, etc.

Warranty

Due to recent advances in marine canvas technolgy; most covers fabricated after 06/01/2017 will have a Seven year warranty on the fabric. Other cover fabrics we use have a Five year manufacturer's warranty, and there are fabrics available that have a Ten year warranty. Please inquire for your specific application.

If you have any issues with your cover or top please contact me as soon as possible so I can correct or repair them as needed. Issues with thread, snaps, etc will be covered for Five years.

Warranty does not apply to pick up and delivery.

Warranty does not apply to work using customer supplied  materials.

Estimates

I can usually give a verbal "ballpark" estimate at no cost. Written insurance estimates and estimates requiring disassembly or travel may be charged for time and materials.

Rates & Fees

Service Call: 35.00 charge per work order for mobile service. (lake Saint Louis)

Minimum Charge for cover repair 45.00

Pick-up & Delivery: Typically 75.00 (Lake St. Louis only). Additional charges could apply

Payment

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of work.

 Deposit

A minumum of 30% down is required to commece fabrication work.
